Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is practiced with controlled movements. Time is allowed for you to move into each asana (pose) and adapt to your bodies alignment, while focusing on breathing and mindfulness.  Variations and progressions are offered to ensure all participants reach their full potential with each asana.  

Suitable for all levels.

Pilates

Pilates classes consist of low-impact movements undertaken as whole movements, not by individual muscle groups.  Classes focus on correct functioning of the core postural muscles while working on the strength, mobility and flexibility of the whole body.  Although mostly undertaken sitting or lying on the mat, you will definitely feel you have worked your body!

Fun Fitness & Gentle Fitness

Fun Fitness classes add a little more intensity to your workout in a dynamic class that will challenge your body and mind.  â€‹Prepare to have fun but work hard to build strength and tone.  â€‹You will definitely feel you've had a workout after this one!  â€‹â€‹Suitable for moderate plus levels of fitness.

Gentle Fitness classes offer an introduction to building your strength and mobility.  They are slow paced, low intensity and include variations to suit your every need.  â€‹Suitable for beginners.

Meditation

Strong + Centred offer classes to teach you how to meditate, guiding and supporting you along the way.  Classes include instruction on various types of meditation so you can find a style that suits your way of thinking and functioning.

Each class will finish with a beautiful, guided meditation so you go home feeling calm and super relaxed.
