My exploration of yoga began over twenty years ago as a young mum trying to balance family and work with fitness and relaxation.
Adding Pilates and Meditation to my practice helped me to build a holistic practice that supports my physical and mental health.
My love of Yoga and Pilates is underpinned by a commitment to maintaining strength, flexibility, and mindfulness across all areas of life.

​I encourage my students to develop self-awareness and to discover and nurture their own mind - body strength.

​My dream is to offer a supportive space for individuals to reconnect to their true essence and learn to love and nurture themselves.
