Strong + Centred Yoga classes are accessible for all experience levels. Classes are practiced with slow, controlled movements allowing you time to move into each pose and adjust to your body’s needs.

Yoga practice includes some meditation and breath work to support your mind body awareness and connection.
All classes include variations and adjustments to support every student to reach their potential and get the most from their practice.
MAT pilates
Pilates is designed to improve physical strength, tone, flexibility and posture. ​

Pilates exercises are low-impact but deliver high results. You will definitely notice a difference after a few classes.

A variety of props are used to support and enhance your practice.

Although mostly undertaken sitting or lying on the mat, you will definitely feel you have worked your body!

Welcome to Strong + Centred!
As a teacher I'm passionate about helping my students build strength and develop self-awareness. My teaching style is clear and inclusive so all students can practice within their abilities while challenging themselves to reduce self-limiting boundaries to achieve their personal goals.

Trained in Yoga, Classical Pilates and Meditation, I believe that practices incorporating breath control, body movement and mindfulness help to develop strength and flexibility, a healthy sense of perspective, and bring harmony to the body and mind.
